Catching Up.

After saying that I was going to try and post a photo a day I have done a less-than-stellar job with keeping up. So today I will post numerous photos.

This is Montreal at dusk. If you look really closely you can see smug Quebecers paying next to nothing for tutition.

I wish I knew the name of the plant in this shot. It is taller than me (66.584% of plants are), and has green leaves that eventually turn red as you approach the top. I should ask my Dad... he would know. And he did: it is a Smoke Tree.

About a year ago I was making fresh ginger tea and noticed that my ginger root looked kinda like a baby eagle.... so I took a shot of it. (I like the lighting.)

We have a pond in our back yard and around 500 pictues of it on my harddrive. No matter how many shots we take of it there are always more that inspire us. (especially now that I bought a polarizer lens)

I couldn't let a big photo post go up without a shot from Beautiful British Columbia. If you go to Emerald Lake, in Yoho and hike to Hamilton lake around dusk you will find this scene waiting for you (with lots of bugs).

It could of been either I guess. I ate it before it had a chance to grow.
